Welcome to Simply Drizzled. These Terms & Conditions outline the policies that guide our services, protect our clients, and ensure a seamless, luxury dessert experience. By booking or purchasing from Simply Drizzled, you agree to the terms below.

1. About Simply Drizzled

We provide luxury dessert services including chocolate‑drizzled strawberries, event displays, and full‑service setup and breakdown for private and corporate events.

2. Booking & Payment Policies

Deposit: A non‑refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date.

Final Payment: Due 7 days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Methods: Credit/debit card, cash.

Credit Card Processing Fee: A 2.9% processing fee is applied to all payments made by credit or debit card.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event forfeit the deposit only.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may require full payment.

Rescheduling: Subject to availability. Deposits may be transferred at Simply Drizzled’s discretion.

3. Service Details & Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth experience, clients agree to:

Provide accurate event details including date, time, location, and access instructions.

Notify Simply Drizzled of any changes at least 72 hours before the event.

Ensure safe, reasonable working conditions for setup and service (shade, table space, access to venue, access to electricity, etc.).

Confirm that the venue allows outside food vendors.

4. Food Safety & Compliance

Simply Drizzled operates in accordance with:

Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services regulations

Local county food‑handling and mobile food service requirements

All products are prepared and served following Missouri food safety standards.

5. Allergies & Dietary Notices

Our products may contain or come into contact with:

Nuts

Dairy

Gluten

Soy

Clients are responsible for communicating any allergies in advance. Simply Drizzled is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed sensitivities.

6. Weather, Venue Conditions & Liability

Simply Drizzled is not responsible for:

Weather‑related disruptions

Venue restrictions or limitations

Damages caused by guests, venue staff, or third‑party vendors

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.

7. Photography & Marketing Use

Simply Drizzled may photograph displays or products at events for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your event photographed, please notify us in writing before your event date.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, images, menus, and written content on this website are the property of Simply Drizzled LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes will be handled through mediation or in the courts of Jackson County, Missouri.

10. Updates to These Terms

Simply Drizzled may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
